The filing
A confidential S-1 submission starts a clock without committing to a date, and Anthropic said nothing about timing. But the sequencing is legible: raise at $965 billion, file, then spend the following quarters printing revenue milestones that justify a public valuation north of the round. At a $47 billion run-rate growing the way 2026's numbers have grown, the S-1's eventual financials may be the most-read disclosure document in tech history.
